Formula and assumptions
Vout = Vin × R2 / (R1 + R2)R1 connects to Vin; R2 to ground. Unloaded ideal circuit; any load lowers Vout. Pair search uses E24 values, prioritizes voltage accuracy, then closeness to the requested total resistance (within 0.5–2×). Not a power supply or regulator.
